Nick Dawkins, a redshirt senior, announced his intentions in an Instagram post Sunday.
From suburban Allentown, the ex-Parkland Trojan won the Allstate Wuerffel Trophy last year and earned All-Big Ten honorable mention honors.
He thanked his family, brothers, and coaches in his declaration.

He started every game for Penn State this season.
His first start for the Nittany Lions came last year against West Virginia. Starting all 16 games that year, he allowed just two sacks on the season at center.
