Jason Kelce retired from the NFL in 2024, but there’s one thing that could get him to return to the field.

Jason revealed the time frame for when he would “unretire” during the most recent episode of his hit podcast, “New Heights,” released on Wednesday.

He and his brother, Travis Kelce, were speaking to guest NFL quarterback Baker Mayfield about his daughter.

Travis Kelce asked if it was tougher to be a dad to a 1-year-old or an NFL quarterback. Mayfield said it was still harder to be a QB at the moment.

“Now, when she gets to a certain age, that answer is going to quickly change,” Mayfield joked, as Jason Kelce quickly agreed.

“I’m not looking forward to that. I got four girls, and they’re gonna be in high school pretty much at the same time,” the former Philadelphia Eagle shared.

“I might just ― I’m gonna unretire, I’m gonna unretire,” he said before laughing. “‘And 60, 50- something-years-old Jason Kelce’s trying to make an NFL comeback.’”

Jason Kelce played in the NFL for 13 seasons, spending his entire career with the Philadelphia Eagles. He and his teammates won the Super Bowl in 2018.

Jason Kelce also famously squared off against his brother’s Kansas City Chiefs’ squad at the Super Bowl in 2023.

A few months after the Super Bowl loss, Jason Kelce announced his retirement at an emotional press conference.

“Stepping on the field was the most alive and free I had ever felt,” the then-36-year-old said at the time.

“There was a visceral feeling with football unlike any other sport,” he added. “The hairs on my arms would stand up. I could hit somebody, run around like a crazed lunatic and then get told, ‘Good job.’ I loved football.”
