There are 15 former Louisville basketball players hooping elsewhere across Division I in 2025-26. How are they doing? A look at their stats.
Fifteen former Louisville basketball players who left the program via the NCAA transfer portal are hooping elsewhere across Division I during the 2025-26 season.
Pat Kelsey's Cardinals have faced two of them, Kansas' Tre White and Jackson State's Devin Ree, but won't see any others unless they meet in the postseason.
White finished with 14 points, three rebounds, three assists and two steals during his Oct. 24 return to the KFC Yum! Center for the Jayhawks' 90-82 win over UofL in a season-opening exhibition. Ree went scoreless, grabbed two boards and assisted one basket when he visited his old stomping grounds Nov. 6 for what ended in a 106-70 loss for the Tigers.
How have they and the other ex-Cards fared during the early stages of the season? Here's a look:
(Note: Team records and player stats are through Dec. 17)
Skyy Clark (G, UCLA)
Time at UofL: One season (2023-24)
2025-26 averages: 12.7 points on 48% shooting, 3.1 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.4 steals in 11 games (10 starts, 29.4 minutes per)
UCLA's record: 8-3 (2-0 Big Ten)
Of note:Skyy Clark dedicated his senior season with the Bruins to his late father, Kenny, who died in May at age 47. His 25 points during a Dec. 3 win over Washington were the most he's scored in a game since going for 36 during Louisville's first-round loss to N.C. State in the 2024 ACC Tournament.
Koron Davis (G, Alabama A&M)
Time at UofL: One season (2023-24)
2025-26 averages: 11.3 points on 36.4% shooting and 5.6 rebounds in 11 games (11 starts, 27.5 minutes per)
Alabama A&M's record: 6-5
Of note:Koron Davis has carved out a spot in the Bulldogs' starting lineup after appearing in only seven games for Louisiana last season. Alabama A&M ranked 272nd out of 365 DI teams in KenPom.com's adjusted efficiency metric.
Dennis Evans (C, Grand Canyon)
Time at UofL: One season (2023-24)
2025-26 averages: 1.5 points on 42.9% shooting in six games (3.7 minutes per)
Grand Canyon's record: 6-4
Of note:Dennis Evans' six points during Grand Canyon's Nov. 10 win over Northern Illinois were his first since Louisville's loss to Texas at the Empire Classic on Nov. 19, 2023. The 7-foot-2 center missed the entirety of the Antelopes' 2024-25 season due to a shoulder injury.
Kaleb Glenn (F, Michigan State)
Time at UofL: One season (2023-24)
2025-26 averages: N/A
Michigan State's record: 10-1 (2-0 Big Ten)
Of note:Kaleb Glenn isn't suiting up for Tom Izzo in 2025-26. After a breakout sophomore season at Florida Atlantic, the Louisville native and former Male High School star suffered a knee injury during a noncontact practice in June that will sideline him for the entire campaign.
Mike James (G, Vanderbilt)
Time at UofL: Three seasons (2021-24)
2025-26 averages: 1.6 points on 33% shooting in five games (four minutes per)
Vanderbilt's record: 11-0
Of note:Mike James hasn't gotten much run at Vanderbilt since returning from a knee injury during a preseason practice at N.C. State that sidelined him for all of the 2024-25 campaign. But he's on the best team of his career; the Commodores are poised to get him past the 13-win mark for the first time since he joined the DI ranks.
Koren Johnson (G, Ole Miss)
Time at UofL: One season (2024-25)
2025-26 averages: 2.2 points on 31.6% shooting in eight games (7.4 minutes per)
Ole Miss' record: 7-4
Of note: Of the two Louisville transfers who landed at Ole Miss this past offseason, Koren Johnson has taken on the smaller role. The guard from Seattle appeared in only two games off the bench for the Cards before a torn labrum derailed his stint on Kelsey's roster.
Ty-Laur Johnson (G, San Diego)
Time at UofL: One season (2023-24)
2025-26 averages: 12.4 points on 40.7% shooting, 2.2 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 1.9 steals in nine games (seven starts, 25.9 minutes per)
San Diego's record: 4-6
Of note:Ty-Laur Johnson is enjoying the largest role of his career with the Toreros, who ranked 252nd on KenPom and were projected to go 10-21 in 2025-26 — a four-win improvement from 2024-25. The point guard's 27.2% usage rate was among the top 160 in DI.
Danilo Jovanovich (F, Milwaukee)
Time at UofL: One season (2023-24)
2025-26 averages: 12.9 points on 63.5% shooting, 6.1 rebounds, 2.4 assists and a steal in 10 games (10 starts, 30 minutes per)
Milwaukee's record: 4-6 (1-0 Horizon League)
Of note: The numbers say Milwaukee is on track for a sub-.500 finish this season, but Danilo Jovanovich has been solid after an injury-riddled DI journey to this point — appearing in only 38 games from 2023-25. He scored a career-high 21 points during a 105-81 loss to Akron on Nov. 29.
Kamari Lands (G, Middle Tennessee)
Time at UofL: One season (2022-23)
2025-26 averages: 12.9 points on 41.4% shooting, 4.5 rebounds and 1.8 assists in 10 games (10 starts, 27.5 minutes per)
Middle Tennessee's record: 6-4 (1-0 Conference USA)
Of note:Kamari Lands should set career high-water marks across the board as a full-time starter in Year 2 with the Blue Raiders, who are coming off a trip to the National Invitation Tournament in 2024-25. MTSU ranked fifth among Conference USA members on KenPom at 162nd.
Emmanuel Okorafor (F, Wichita State)
Time at UofL: Two seasons (2022-24)
2025-26 averages: 6.4 points on 61.2% shooting, 5.1 rebounds and 1.1 blocks in 12 games (two starts, 16.8 minutes per)
Wichita State's record: 7-5
Of note:Emmanuel Okorafor has made strides as a role player for the Shockers after averaging only 2.7 points on 52.7% shooting and 2.2 rebounds in 10.8 minutes per game as a sophomore at Seton Hall. The senior out of NBA Academy Africa broke double digits for the first time in his career with 11 points during a 75-58 win over Milwaukee on Nov. 22.
Devin Ree (F, Jackson State)
Time at UofL: One season (2022-23)
2025-26 averages: 5.2 points on 33.3% shooting and 2.3 rebounds in 10 games (seven starts, 21.3 minutes per)
Jackson State's record: 1-9
Of note: Ree is playing more than he ever has in college but could be in for a long season. The Tigers ranked 326th on KenPom and were projected to finish 2025-26 with a 10-21 record.
James Scott (F, Ole Miss)
Time at UofL: One season (2024-25)
2025-26 averages: 4.5 points on 66.7% shooting, 4.8 rebounds and 1.6 blocks in 11 games (nine starts, 19.9 minutes per)
Ole Miss' record: 7-4
Of note:James Scott has been a mainstay of Chris Beard's rotation since joining the Rebels. The 6-10 forward had 16 dunks through his first 11 games as a junior.
JJ Traynor (F, Murray State)
Time at UofL: Four seasons (2020-24)
2025-26 averages: 9.5 points on 58.1% shooting, 4 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 1.1 blocks in 11 games (11 starts, 23.2 minutes per)
Murray State's record: 8-3
Of note: Back in his native Kentucky, JJ Traynor is using his final year of eligibility to help first-year coach Ryan Miller build a foundation at Murray. The Racers were on pace to go 21-10 in 2025-26 — a five-win jump from Steve Prohm's final season at the helm.
Tre White (G, Kansas)
Time at UofL: One season (2023-24)
2025-26 averages: 14.2 points on 51.1% shooting, 6.9 rebounds and 2.4 assists in 12 games (12 starts, 30.2 minutes per)
Kansas' record: 9-3
Of note: At his fourth school in as many years, White has given the Jayhawks some much-needed consistency while star freshman Darryn Peterson has been limited by injuries. His best game thus far with Kansas: 22 points, nine rebounds, four assists and two steals in a loss to Duke at the Champions Classic.
Curtis Williams (G, Tulane)
Time at UofL: One season (2023-24)
2025-26 averages: 13.8 points on 45.2% shooting, 5.2 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 1.8 steals in 12 games (11 starts, 31.4 minutes per)
Tulane's record: 8-4
Of note:Curtis Williams is off to his best season yet with the Green Wave after averaging 4.7 points on 40.6% shooting in 15.5 minutes per appearance off the bench as a sophomore at Georgetown. He scored a career-high 32 in a 93-90 overtime win over Boston College on Nov. 23.
