The 33-year-old has played in all the major T20 competitions around the world including the Indian Premier League, Australia's Big Bash and the Caribbean Premier League.
He has played 206 T20 matches in his career, taking 250 wickets at an average of 24.63 with a best of 5-30.
The former Essex and Nottinghamshire player has also scored 2,170 runs with a career-high of 98 not out.

"Having played against Somerset, I know how good a T20 side they are and I'm looking forward to being a part of the team," Sams said.
"I know a few of the guys already and I'll be doing everything that I can to help them win games of cricket in 2026."
Somerset director of cricket Andy Hurry added: "Daniel has shown his quality all around the world and we are delighted that he will be joining us for our Vitality Blast title defence.
"He has demonstrated over the last few years that he can excel and really impact games in English conditions, and he will certainly bring a powerful blend of bowling finesse, explosive batting, and all-round adaptability."
