Olympique Lyonnais are looking to strengthen during the January transfer window, but funds are limited, as they were in the summer.
The club are expected to complete a loan move for Endrick, who is playing a peripheral role currently at Real Madrid. More generally, Lyon are attentive to market opportunities next month and one of them could be USL Dunkerque’s Alec Georgen (27), according to a report from Foot Mercato.
The former France youth international came through the ranks at Paris Saint-Germain and even made one first-team appearance back in the 2016/17 season. He has been at Ligue 2 side USL Dunkerque since 2024 and this season, he has made 17 appearances for the club.
Georgen’s contract at Dunkerque expires at the end of the season, but despite his contract situation, the club do want to retain the player. Lyon, therefore, will have to make a convincing offer if they are to acquire his services next month.
