HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) βΒ The University of Evansville baseball team released their 2026 schedule Tuesday.
The slate includes 12 games against teams who appeared in the NCAA tournament last season. Among the group is Kentucky, Vanderbilt, and Ole Miss.
The Purple Aces will start the season on the road at Kennesaw State for a four game series split between the Owls and Marshall. But one of the bigger series is UK coming to Evansville for a three game series at German American Bank Field. That series will run from February 20th to the 22nd. Indiana will also make the trip to the Tri-State to face UE to close out the month of March, while theyβll travel to Bloomington on April 15th.
The rivalry against Southern Indiana will also continue with a home and home series starting on April 22nd at USI. Then the Screaming Eagles will serve as the road team on May 5th.
