Manchester United are keeping close tabs on Angers SCO full-back Dan Sinate (19), with a potential move under consideration for 2026, according to The Sun journalist Konstantinos Lianos. The 19-year-old stood out during the Maurice Revello Tournament (former Toulon tournament) which took place in the South of France in June, where he featured for Mali’s U20s. United’s scouting staff were reportedly present at the tournament. Fellow Mali U20 youth international Sekou Koné already plays for Manchester United. The Red Devils aren’t expected to move yet for Sinate, who has only just signed his first professional contract with Les Angevins in June. At the age of 15, he joined the AS Monaco Training Centre, where he played for the youth teams, notably participating in the Coupe Gambardella campaigns with the ASM U19s in 2022-2023 and 2023-2024. He then spent latter 2024 at Spanish side Deportivo Alaves, before joining Angers’ reserve side in January 2025. Comfortable at left-back, he also has the versatility to slot in as a central defender or holding midfielder.GFFN | George Boxall
