Tuttosport confirms that the imminent sales of Samuel Mbangula and Timothy Weah will provide Juventus with the required funds to sign Jadon Sancho from Manchester United.
Juventus are prepared to sell Mbangula and Weah to Werder Bremen and Olympique Marseille, respectively.
As reported by Tuttosport, Mbangula is set to join Werder on a permanent deal worth €13m. The Belgian winger joined the Bianconeri for just €400,000 from Anderlecht in 2020, so Juventus are set to register a substantial capital gain.
How much Juventus will earn from Mbangula and Weah sales
The 21-year-old winger is expected to undergo medical tests on Wednesday or Thursday this week.
At the same time, Juventus are finalising an agreement with Marseille over Weah. As already reported by Football Italia, the Bianconeri aim to earn at least €15m for the American winger who has already agreed to personal terms with the French side.
Tuttosport confirms that Weah and Mbangula’s departures will pave the way for Sancho’s move from Manchester United.
Sancho waits for Juventus, but not forever
The Bianconeri have also made Francisco Conceiçao’s loan move permanent and are ready to sell Nico Gonzalez, but the exit of the two wingers will provide the financial resources to finalise the deal with Manchester United.
As reported by Tuttosport, Sancho’s agent recently met Juventus in Turin. The Bianconeri have a principle of agreement with the English winger and the Red Devils, but Sancho has reportedly urged Juventus to finalise the deal soon.
Juventus feel very much the same as director Damien Comolli aims to secure the winger’s signature by July 24, when the team starts their pre-season.
