Chelsea needs obligation to buy from Bayern Munich to get Nicolas Jackson deal done

According to Fabrizio Romano (via @iMiaSanMia), Chelsea will need a straight transfer or a loan with an obligation to buy from Bayern Munich if the Germans want attacker Nicolas Jackson:

Bayern made direct contact with Chelsea on Monday over Nicolas Jackson to see what kind of formula would be good for them. It could be a loan deal with an obligation to buy because Chelsea don’t want a straight loan or a loan with an option to buy. For them it has to be a permanent transfer or a loan with an obligation. Bayern are working on this deal, but many other teams remain interested in Jackson.

It does not appear as if Bayern Munich and Chelsea are aligned at this point, but as the transfer deadline gets closer, one side (or the other) could be inclined to budge from its current stance.

Bayern Munich got off to a red-hot start this season and we are thrilled with the early returns.
