With the beginning of college football season finally within sight, the Oregon football team is entering the 2025 season with high expectations despite limited returning production.

The Ducks have won at least 10 games all three seasons Dan Lanning has been coach, and they are once again expected to compete among the top teams in the country after being ranked No. 7 in the preseason US LBM Coaches Poll.
