Tampa Bay Buccaneers undrafted rookie safety Shilo Sanders has been ejected from Saturday night’s preseason game against the Buffalo Bills after throwing a punch at Bills tight end Zach Davidson. Prior to the ejection, Sanders had recorded just one tackle.

The move seems detrimental to Sanders, as he is projected to be teetering on the cut-line on Tampa Bay’s 53-man roster next week.

Davidson continued blocking Sanders as the play moved elsewhere, but Sanders throwing the punch completely ended the play and his night. In his three preseason games, the Colorado alum recorded four tackles.

This is a developing story
