Take a look at this week's Chiefs Stock Watch to see which players were risers & fallers in preseason Week 3 vs. the Bears | @EdEastonJr
The Kansas City Chiefs' starters were impressive during their stints on the field, erasing many concerns after the first two preseason games.
Offensively, Patrick Mahomes was sharp and in sync with his weapons, including strong play from running back Isiah Pacheco. On defense, aside from the final Bears drive of the half, they were energized and focused on stopping the run game, and Chris Jones and Charles Omenihu each collected half a sack.
Special teams led by Harrison Butker were efficient with solid play from the return unit. There were many positive moments from the game that this week's list could be extended, but we've cut it down to focus on the specific storylines going into the new season. Check out how some of Kansas City's stars fared in the Chiefs' loss to the Chicago Bears:
Stock Up: Patrick Mahomes
A superb performance in limited playing time for the two-time league MVP, as he ended the game with eight completions for 143 yards and a touchdown.
Stock Up: Travis Kelce
The veteran tight end played fast in his Friday night outing, catching two passes for 32 yards.
Stock Up: Kristian Fulton
Fulton's lone outing in the preseason was worth it as he continues to play catch-up after dealing with a training camp injury. He finished his extended playing time on Friday night with four tackles.
Stock Down: Ajani Carter
The rookie undrafted free agent was picked on during the Bears' comeback drive in the fourth quarter. He committed a defensive holding penalty and was beaten on the game-winning touchdown pass at the goal line. A tough way to end the preseason for the former Houston standout, as he showed promise throughout the preseason.
