The event pits some of the best sprint car drivers in the world against each other. The Gold Cup Race of Champions is a three-day shootout for $100,000.

With 68 entries in this year's Race of Champions, the traditional split-field format and 360 bonus will continue as usual with half the field racing Thursday, the other half racing Friday, and everyone coming together to chase the Gold Cup on Saturday.

This format allows for more feature starters, a unique watch experience for fans and a night of rest and recovery for teams. It should be an intense championship battle between Kasey Kahne Racing, Clauson-Marshall Racing, Ridge & Sons Racing, Rico Abreu Racing and Murray-Marks Motorsports.
