Bryce Harper reminded the baseball world how special he is on Monday night.

The Philadelphia Phillies slugger did something that no one else has done this entire MLB season.

What exactly? Harper hit two home runs of at least 440 feet in the same game.

According to MLB.com, that's a first for this season. It's also the first time it has happened for the Phillies since Statcast began tracking in 2015.

The two home runs were actually his two furthest since 2023.

Harper's first went exactly 440 feet to right-center field in the sixth inning.

Then in the seventh, he hit one even further the same direction, 448 feet.

The Phillies hit four home runs total in a 12-7 win over the Mariners. They had a season-high 21 hits, and every Phillies starter had at least one hit before the third inning for the first time since 1963, per MLB.com.

Harper has mostly lived up to the hype from his days long ago as a No. 1 overall draft pick.

He had some injury woes for a stretch, but when he's been on the field, he's always been pretty darn special.

As his career has gone on, it's been easier to take it for granted. Harper's excellence is occasionally loud but is also often consistent.

On this Monday night, though, he showed off his full potency in the form of two magnificent home runs.

Yeah, Bryce Harper is still pretty darn special.
